How would 2nd generation successor to the company, with little experience knows how to manage people and business, demanding answers from his charges, and not having a proper way of asking info from his charges, using words like how come you do not know and you think, to convey that his charges do not know his stuff, and demanding answers from his charges that are not within their scope because he himself has completely forgot about following up on things he has put on hold.
And an incompetent manager who tried to show his leadership ability, could not handle the boss's son questions, and tried to get his subordinates to answer.
Brilliant management and system.
